Payments are processed after trip completion and verification. We give a window of up to 2 hours after trip completion.

Can I decline Trips?

Yes. Drivers may choose which assignments fit their availability. If a driver has accepted a trip and need to cancel, cancellation must be done not later that 24 hours before the trip starts to allow us assign the trip to another driver.

Do I need a commercial vehicle?

Requirements vary by service type and location.

Can I use my own vehicle?

Yes, provided it meets AyoGo standards. Vehicles must be in good condition.
